What does it take to change?

You have these goals, you know you want to change but every time you try you just end up back right where you started.

Struggling with the same habits you know you want to get rid of.

And we know the truth…. We have two paths our life could play out.

  1. We continue the way we are going, we don’t make the change, we still have the pit in us that thinks we can’t do it, we aren’t good enough, we will struggle forever.

  2. We take action, massive action, we do whats required to actually change our habits and behaviors and we get into the shape we want, we have the health habits that take care of ourselves and…. The biggest one… we love ourselves and are happy with us.
