Are you enough... yet?

To reach your goals there is a dichotomy that has to exist in you

Do you feel like You are enough? 

Are you fit enough?

Thin enough?

Healthy enough?

It’s so easy to fall into this thought process, and most times we do it without even being aware we are doing it.

We disguise it as having goals, and discipline.

We look at the things we want to improve, and there’s nothing wrong with wanting to improve right?

But most of the time that means we feel bad about where we are, and who we are. 

And that feeling of not being enough robs us of ever feeling happy. And ironically keeps us from reaching our goals. Whether they be health related or not.

The real goal of this community is not just to help give you the habits & resources to help you reach your health goals and feel amazing.

One of the biggest things you will get ( I’ll make sure of it ) is that you will feel enough.

To reach your goals there is a dichotomy that has to exist in you. This dichotomy takes some time and work to build but is very teachable.

Here it is.

You need to be able to look at yourself, love yourself and fully accept yourself just as you are, while simultaneously knowing and wanting to improve things that might not be ideal.

Understanding your value is not at all tied to the things you are taught it is. It’s hard to unlearn. But we will get you there.

To anyone reading to this point, just want you to know. I love you, just as you are. You are enough.
