Just do this one thing today ( for your health )
this one thing daily thats super easy can change your health in a massive way
The One Thing…
Okay, so i’m gonna keep this super short.
If you’re reading this i’m going to ask you to do something for yourself.
Something that is so easy to do yet has such a powerful effect on your body and mind.
Here is what this one easy thing has been proven to be able to help with…
Increasing energy levels
Improving cognition, memory, and sleep
Fat loss
Improving balance and coordination
Strengthening bones and easing joint pain
Decrease cholesterol and risk of heart disease
Boost immune system
Decrease cortisol in the body
Helping manage stress and anxiety
Sparks creativity
It ‘heals’ your brain
What is this magic thing???
It’s taking a 30-minute walk ( daily ) .
So if you are reading this you are making a deal with me right now.
The deal is today, you will get out your calendar right now, your phone.
You will pick a time for today and set an alarm for that time.
When that time hits and the alarm sounds you will go for a 30-minute walk.
30 minutes, That’s it.
You can do it with a friend or do it by yourself. But do this for you.
I know life is busy, but taking time to slow down is so crucial for your health and mental state.
So that’s the challenge for today, you got this. I believe in you!
P.S. We have been getting a lot of questions about when the community is opening enrollment…
To answer we are opening up here in about 2-3 weeks, so keep your eyes peeled. We can only let so many new people in a month because we don’t want it to become too big without more coaches inside to help :)
So keep your eyes peeled for that email, make sure you don’t miss it.
P.P.S. - Seriously don’t skip out and read this without putting in the time to do your walk. it’s easy to do, it helps build the habit of self-commitment and its good for you. it’s a win-win for you. Also you are awesome, just a reminder ;)
